Conditions

You cannot replace one passenger in a booking with another person. When booking, make sure each passenger's first and last names match the travel document they will present at the airport.

If you made a mistake, some corrections can be made free of charge.

What corrections are allowed?

You can request a free correction in the following cases:

Add or remove a first or middle name. Example: María Dolores -> Dolores, or vice versa.

Correct letters in a last name. Example: Fernández -> Hernández.

Correct a one-letter error in a first or last name. Example: FernáMdez -> Fernández.

Adapt a name to an official language. Example: Pedro -> Pere.

Change the order of last names or add one, while keeping the first name and the other last name unchanged. Example: Vargas Pérez -> Pérez Vargas.

What is not allowed?

You cannot change a name to replace one passenger with another person.

Important

In some bookings, the first and last names may appear together even if they were entered separately. You do not need to request a correction in these cases.

Bookings made through a travel agency must be managed directly with the agency.
